Unable to access my Pay Monthly number on My Account
A long time ago I registered my son's phone as the pay monthly phone on My Account. No longer an active phone but I don't seem to be able to delete it or add my own pay monthly phone. So I can't check my own bill. Any ideas? Reply 0

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately they tell me their system does not allow them to delete that account and no, my own number was set up years ago on the same email address. The only way that Virgin say I can see my number online is to associate it with a different email account.
