travel pass purchased three weeks ago still not working. Have telephoned twice and been told yes set up. Was instructed to turn phone off and wait 30 minutes and new SMS would be sent confirming travel pass. No new SMS received. Pass still not working. Phone is PAYG. Roaming is on, very angry as travelling in Southern Europe and now totally reliant on wifi. Haven't been able to contact anyone at Virgin.
