Re: To contact Virgin customer service when you can't talk

I need to contact virgin media customer service ... You would think they would have an email I could send my question too, their chat service is no help at all, all they kept saying was to call ...no good when u have no voice

Re: To contact Virgin customer service when you can't talk

You can ask a friend or family member to ring up on your behalf, as long as you are there with them, they can explain your circumstances where you cannot speak due to health/doctors orders & they are acting on your behalf, you can instruct them via pen & paper, pc/tablet/phone notepad etc so they can answer any security checks & any other information to the customer service advisor the other end & relay it back to you. Put the call on loud speaker so you can hear the advisor as well. There's no reason they cannot accept someone else to speak for you due to health reasons etc.

Call options: 789 from your Virgin Mobile phone or * from any other phone Lines are open 8am - midnight, 7 days a week
( though I'd ring between 8am - 5pm , out of hours "off shore" support is appalling  Smiley Frustrated)

Re: To contact Virgin customer service when you can't talk

Thank you Shauneeb

i will have to wait as I don't have anyone about I live on my own, n don't get on that well with neighbours to ask them, 2 kids live away, n no family here, they are 200 miles away. It's frustrating to say the least that I can't sort my own queries out with them
