Recent Usage not working

I have tried for the last few days and still can not get to see recent usage. I was suppost to have credits on my account and my bill was done yesterday but it doesn't show any credits.

It sounds as though the credits haven't yet been applied.  I've had credits applied to my account previously and they normally show up within 24-48 hours.

If it has been a couple of days since you were told they had been applied it sounds as though something may have gone wrong.  It would be worth you giving them a call back or trying the Live Chat service on the Virgin Media website.
