I was shocked when i received my January bill for 74 Pounds. When I called i was advised that due to excessive use they have downgraded my contract without my knowledge!!!
As much as I tried to explain, they said they wrote to me in September but I did not receive any letter.
The manager was not cooperative and suggested if you want to change provider I can give your notice!!!! This is not what I expected from a reputable company very bad manner and behaviour.
I wish I could write a complain if anyone can help me giving me an email address to complain.
Virgin mobile no longer respond to email.
