Just ordered a new contract phone this morning (Iphone 6s) and it stated that the expected delivery date would be tomorrow, 26th April.
Around 15 minutes after this, I've had an email stating that there has been a technical glitch and will now be a delay of up to 24 hours before getting in contact. I've saw on here a few people have had this problem and have had to wait longer, just wondering if anyone could share their experience?
From what I've been reading on this issue when this is encountered one should call in to get the matter dealt with, the sales line number is: 0800 064 3847 they can take a look at your order and should be able to manually sort it.
