My mobile broadband dongle disappeared from my account when the account pages were revamped recently

My mobile broadband dongle disappeared from my account when the account pages were revamped recently and I'd like to get it back.  VM support couldn't fix this.  I'd like to hear from anyone who had this problem and got it fixed - thanks!

 

Note: when I try to add the number to my account, it says you can only add PAYG numbers - I pay monthly for the dongle.

With the new system, it is not possible to add any pay monthly back which disappeared from an account (not even through support).

 

Only choice you have is to make a new account with a new email address for each pay monthly.
