Mobile order technical glitch

I placed an order on Wednesday 6th April and received an email confirming the order but saying that due to a technical glitch it could not be completed and that you would be in touch within 24 hours. 5 days later and I've heard nothing, could someone please let me know when my order will be processed.

I also ordered a phone, but on Thursday and delivery was confirmed for sat. I then got the msg about the technical glitch but then received a further confirmation that I am in and links to follow to register account but now my details are not recognised and phone not arrived?!

Hi sootysarah84,

unfortunately it seems you're another member of the "technical glitch" club:

technical glitch with new mobile phone order

You could try adding to the above thread.

You could also try giving Virgin mobile customer services a call on 789 from a Virgin mobile if you already have one

Or 0345 6000 789 from any other phone and see if they can advise you.
