Mobile contract ended ,where is refund you have promised twice now ?!
After numerous calls about money owed and promises why have I still not had a refund ? I was last told 7/10 days and that payment had gone through and was authorised . As this is the second time I have been told this I'm beginning to think it isn't going to happen and as you billed this months to come out on 16th which I was assured you had also cancelled will be absolutely furious if that does get taken ! I have a recording of my last conversation with your advisor as proof of what was said as no one seems to do what they say they will .
