I received a text today, saying I had used my allowance of unlimited texts, 250 mins and data. How can I have used unlimited text.
i haven't had my monthly contract for a full month yet.
Sorry to hear your receiving a text to say your allowance for unlimited text have been used.
This maybe a mistake as the message doesn't really make much sense if you are on unlimited texts. We do have a fair usage policy on unlimited services though which you can read by clicking here.
To be sure though you can log into your account online here and check your allowance balance.
We also have a Virgin Mobile my account app available via the Apple or Google Play Store which will keep track of your allowances.
