Help - phone contract cancelled but still being charged
Hi Virgin Mobile - My phone contract was cancelled on 23/6/16 and I paid what I thought was the final £ 10.76. Then I was billed again in July to cover the 30 day cancellation time even though I didn't use my sim at all as it was damaged anyway. I reluctantly paid the £ 10.76 again, but now I've been charged another £ 10.76 for that account on 22nd Aug. I am just about banging my head against a brick wall trying phone, email and webchat to talk to someone to no avail as I want to know why I am still being charged. Please please will someone help.
