I placed an order for an iPhone 7, a week ago. I was told I would receive my contract via email for me to e-sign and then the phone would be sent to me. I have not received a conformation email with a contract to e-sign.
Unsure on the situation, as I have given my card details and personal information to the company when the order was placed!
Any ideas of whats happening or why I haven't received an email. Or any advise on what to do.
Your email address could have been taken down wrong hence why the contract email has not been received (but do check the spam folder of your email just in case), ring 0800 064 3847 (the sales team- a free phone call and also the correct team to deal with your order.) Ask to check the details they have for you, correct them if needed and resend the email.
