I really need to change my contract as I'm currently paying £22 a month when my contract has finished and I should be paying £5. However I am out of the country and have forgotten my password and have no signal to receive the 8 digit code to change my password. My contract ended mid-September and I am very frustrated as I tried to change contract before I left the country. Help!
Try logging on to your web account and using web chat, it difficult as it's busy, there is no email option sadly. There is an international number you can call but that could turnout to be very expensive +44 7953 967 967 It costs just the same as calling a uk landline from wherever you are in the world (international call charge that is)
