Cannot connect in spain

Am in Spain, can't connect. Instructions to release block on international calls say to go to Manage Services tab. No such tab. Can someone give step by step instructions, am away for 2 weeks, my dad is 90

Hi Rodonhols,

Thanks for joining the community and thanks for posting and sorry to hear you currently have no service in Spain.

Once you log into your online account;

  • Click on the number you wish to make changes to (if more than one appearing)
  • Then select 'Plan and device'
  • Then scroll down and look for a box that says 'Manage your services' and click the button
  • You can now choose which services to amend, you will want to make sure roaming is on, and international call barring is off.

Hi Liam, turned on roaming on the account, was already ok on the phone, call bar set to off already. Restarted phone, still nothing, tho it did seem to search on auto. Will try manual network, but looks like simply no signal now, thanks anyway, rod
