Bill needs adjusting - can any admin help?

I recently cancelled a sim only order before it arrived. It was originally ordered and allocated to an existing account that I have. The cancellation was done over the phone and the number turned into a PAYG with a new account number. On my latest bill the number has been billed along with the existing number. I effectively now have 2 accounts for the same number. I tried calling but the call centre was not really sure what to do between a billing or cancellation issue.

Is there any admins that can look into this for me? it should just be a case of removing the number from an existing account as there are no charges applicable and the bill adjusted to remove the line rental. The sim is still in the packet.
