Awaiting goods

Received an email to say that my new sim will be delivered yesterday.
No sim was delivered and the courier company have no recollection of my tracking number or order, and to top this off I received an email today to say that my payment will be taken out of my account on the 16th...... I am not happy that I am paying for goods I have not received yet!!

I'm really sorry that you've not received your sim yet. So we can look into this for you, are you able to call us on 789 or 0345 6000 789?
