Can someone please inform me how long is the delivery for the wireless speaker as I have still not received mine.
28 days after installation of your services your eligibility for the gift should be checked by the Rewards Team, who will then pass your details on to the company which dispatches out the free speaker gifts. Add 2 weeks for delivery time of the free gift on top of that wait.
So if 42 days in all have passed since installation of your services do either of the following:
A) Ring 150 from a VM phone / 0345 454 1111 from any phone -> Option 1 -> Confirm your details -> Option 4 -> Option 1. Ask them to look into why your gift hasn't been received yet. B) Alternatively wait up to a week (or there abouts) for a response from a member of the Forum Team here. They'll look into the matter and keep you updated regarding it.

Thanks for your patience whilst I looked into this for you.
The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility.
The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide the speakers and they will then arrange delivery of them. You've been added to the list that will be sent over tomorrow, 18th January.
