So for coming back to uni I signed up to the virgin media student broadband scheme which promised a £50 shopping voucher through EdenRed. Received an email on the 27th September from VM rewards stating that they are ready to send my voucher yet I still have not heard anything more about it since. Contacted customer services numerous times but have only been led in circles around their automated system without ever speaking to a human, and am still no closer to receiving the voucher than I was before.
Can anyone on here help me to finally put an end to this problem?

The team have come back to me now and have confirmed eligibility.
The next step is to send your details over to the company that provide these vouchers. This will be done today, 14th October. You should keep an eye on your email inbox as well as the junk/deleted folders.
If you've still not received anything within a week. Come back and let me know

Hi, I am having the same problem with my account. I received the email from virgin saying that EdenRed would be emailing us shortly on the 10/10/16 but as of yet it has not arrived. Please could you sort this.
