Text msg for kit

Had a virgin person change my router in September and took my old TiVo box away at the time but now I'm getting text msgs say I'm going to be charged if I don't return my kit in 7 days.

The person likely didn't report the kit as returned in the system end. A member of the favicon.png Forum Team here can easily deal with this issue, you'll get a response from a member of that team in up to a week's wait (though usually quicker.) If any charge is applied, they'll deal with that too.

Hi Kenblock

The details have additionally been sent to our Asset Tracking teams to advise them that the engineer took the kit and that you no longer have this. You should be added to their Do Not Contact (DNC) database for them to update that you no longer have this and stop contacting you.
