The person likely didn't report the kit as returned in the system end. A member of the Forum Team here can easily deal with this issue, you'll get a response from a member of that team in up to a week's wait (though usually quicker.) If any charge is applied, they'll deal with that too.

The details have additionally been sent to our Asset Tracking teams to advise them that the engineer took the kit and that you no longer have this. You should be added to their Do Not Contact (DNC) database for them to update that you no longer have this and stop contacting you.
