Successful complaint at Virgin Media

Anyone successfully managed to speak to a human being and get some sort of adequate outcome from a complaint which doesn't require you slowing going mad on the phone? 

Eg. an email address would help

i made a phone complaint a few years ago. Reported on phone. got a call back with answer within 24 hours. Complant closed.
