Why is Virgin on-line web chat unavailable? When will this service by up and running again, it has been unavailable for a week!

The team are available Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and Saturday 9am - 5pm.
They can be quite busy which is why if you're not able to get through, I would give us a call on 150 / 0345 454 1111 if you need an urgent response.
