Hi i got virgin media big kahuna package installed about 2-3 weeks ago. Big Kahuna is an eligible service which qualifies for Virgin's new Netflix free six month subscribtion. I was told a promo code would be emailed to be which i would then enter when i set up my Netflix subscription. Can anyone shed any light on what to do here regarding this very new Netflix offer? Thanks
Your Netflix voucher code should have arrived 5 working days after your order was entered into the system. However, sometimes due to miss-filtering by the email provider the email might end up in the spam or junk folder, so it may be worth checking there. The instructions on how to obtain the offer itself will be included in the email.
If you still haven't received your code, you can wait up to three days for a response from a member of the Forum Team who will happily look into the issue for you.
Alternatively, for a quicker response, you can ring 150 (from a Virgin Media landline) or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone and speak to the Customer Care Team who can be reached from the main menu by selecting option 4, followed by option 1.
