I've been asked to provide a mobile number when applying for a new Hub upgrade, which is a mandatory field - and the system will not allow a landline number. Unfortunately I do not have a mobile phone!
This is only for tracking purposes on the delivery of the hub, if i remember correclty the system will accept 8 0's you can try that? or just make one up.
