My account

I just keep going round and round in circles, im trying to sign into my account to turn off web safe, I have account number area code and my last bill date, that's all the info I can find, i did see I have been registered with an old ntl number from 15 years ago that I can't update , so obviously I can't remember all the security questions, I'm not on virgin mobile any more so can't call direct, and have no landline either, just broadband and TV, how do I talk to a human it's mental, even the banks are easier to get online with
