Incorrect first bill....arghhhhh

Got my first bill and it's not correct. Switched from Talktalk after 10 yrs thinking the customer service and internet will be better. Internet speed is very fast, thanks for that but customer service? Still in doubt. They are very good when I am interested to switch, contacted me almost everyday, once joined and sent an email about the incorrect bill, no reply.

hiya @Sherab welcome to the virginmedia community forum, sadly not much can be done here due to issues of Data Protection, and the forum team don't get involved in changing packages.. best idea would be to have a chat with customer services via phone using 150 (from a virignmedia land line) or 0345 454 1111
