Re: I want to leave

Was there an agreement for you to leave?

Were you still in your contract when you moved house? (It is in your contract that you will stay at the location for the duration of the contract)

The max they can charge you for early disconnection fees is £240 which would suggest you had a fair part of your contract left to complete.

Sounds like you are potentially in arrears with them too?

Honestly the harsh world of contracts is that you agreed to something and then tried to change the circumstances of it.

Re: I want to leave

If you were in contract, sadly the way to leave is pay the early disconnection fees. You agreed to be there for the term of the contract and you broke that agreement.
