How to get an engineer to call out without spending hours on the phone?

We have tried phoning many times over the last two days, I have spent literally hours trying to speak to somebody and many more hours trying to fix this issue and have now been told that while there are other problems in our area (they are fixing something to do with the TV transmission) they are unable to send an engineer out to fix our broadband!

Is anybody else without broadband since the weekend? We are in Bedfordshire.

My question:

Is there a way online to request an engineer to call out to get our broadband working again?
Thank you for your replies.

Good luck, waiting two weeks for a response on the forums. Your best bet is to stick to the phone calls for a quick response. Ideally you want to just get yourself transferred to someone who actually knows something unlike the 99% who read a script and can't actually respond to anything you say with any sort of mental acuity.

Getting consistently shafted by highly fluctuated ping during "peek" all daylight hours.

Hi there Nottoohappyatm,

I'm really sorry to hear about the issue experienced.

I've had a look at your account and all is showing as online and active at present.

Are you still experiencing a fault with your service?

Speak soon,
