The cheque (refund) I received from Virgin expired as I did not cash it within 6 months. Can I please have it reissued and posted to my new home address?
Account issues of this kind generally aren't dealt with here due to DPA reasons. You'll need to contact customer services and make the request, if calling in to make the request, the automated request for details can be passed by not keying anything in (it only prompts twice for details.) You may also have to wait the 45 day period again for the new one to arrive.
