Cancelling my order

I was due to have TV,broadband and phone installed tomorrow (12th). I received a phone call this evening to inform me that there was a problem with the cabling outside and that they wouldn't be coming tomorrow, I asked when they would be round and the person I spoke to couldn't give me time of when it was going to be. He suggested I ring my current provider and ask them if they could hold off cancelling my phone and broadband for 1 or 2 months. My question is can i cancel my order without incurring any charges?

Yes, absolutely. Even after install, you can cancel with no charge for up to 14 days.
