Has anyone else had any problem whilst trying to cancel a contract? I have rang virgin and confirmed security codes to be told that they are wrong even though I had all details in front of me so I knew they were right.

We take security very seriously and if we have a security word set up for you that doesn't match the one you have then if you are the account holder, we can go through alternative security steps to deal with the query for you.
