My father-in-law referred us to Virgin Media back in December, but neither he nor ourselves have received the £50 credit for this. We've had our first bill and I understood that the credit would appear on our bills after our first bill, which was February 1st.
I checked with my father-in-law yesterday to make sure he hadn't received his and he confirms that he hasn't.
Could someone please advise when this will be credited to both myself and my father-in-law?
Please make sure you are only posting once about your issue. We understand it's frustrating when something's not right however posting more than once about the same fault makes the boards look busier than what they actually are. It also means we could take longer to reply due to needing to sift through duplicate posts.
