Talk International 5

I'm on Talk International 5, how can I check if I've used all my minutes, how many minutes I have left and also if I do have any minutes left are they carried over to the next month for me to use?  I've trawled through my bill but cannot find anything.

Same here, just joined, very happy with service so far but unable to find any details on my Talk International 5 plan on the website.  Please can this be sorted soon because we call the USA a lot and it would be nice to be able to find out quickly how many minutes we have left on the plan whenever we need to.

Sorry to hear about your inconvenience, we don't have a way to check your remaining minutes online at the moment but plans are in the works to make this possible for you.

 

The way to check your available minutes is to give our customer service team a call on 150 from a virgin line or 0845 454 1111 from any other line.
