my xbox is conceted by ipv4 how can i get ipv6

hi my name is tom.

I'm having trouble with connecting my Xbox one.

Xbox say its because I'm on IPv4 and i need IPv6, several home routers support IPv6 but disable it by default how can i change it.

can anybody help please.

Virgin don't yet support ipv6, I think they are due to sort out ipv6 support mid this year (2017).
