help with strict nat please n xbox one

hello I have been getting strict nat for a while, I have superhub 2 and use xbox one, after running into a brick wall with suggestions of troubleshooting with Microsoft support I'm left in the same position, I followed every tip for trying to rid my xbox of strict nat, adding ports etc and still nothing works, is my superhub knackered, please help I'm losing my marbles trying to get on xbox with an open nat.......thanks robert

Modem mode removes this strict nat problem or you can look at getting a NAT router with the super hub modem mode to make it not strict nat.

hi thanks for reply but doesn't modem mode disable all the Ethernet ports
