I see I'm not the only one suffering severe lag while gaming (xboxone) tried all available fixes bar getting another modem. Hit a brick wall calling customer services and technical support keep getting transferred to a payment line. Need help is it a virgin thing will another provider be the best option? I can't seem to find an answer?
