Their like packet loss happening to 82.32.88.1 and a lot more happening download Docsis to your IP and others so the CMTS your on might be running hot or at high load? Possessor might try to do pause interrupts for given tasks to keep cool and on-line?

Might be a good idea to run a BQM on 82.32.88.1 and post the link.

horrendous download AGAIN tonight (it's getting worse???), and yes the packet loss does seem to line up with packet loss on the first hop... 

how long does it take to get someone to look at this?

The forum team respond to the oldest post waiting for a reply. This means if you keep posting on the thread or are having a conversation between members then it will bump you to the bottom of their list. For the quickest response, stop posting and they will get to you as soon as possible.  Response times seem to have slipped recently from a couple of days to about a week. If you want a faster response you can try calling VM but I suspect packet loss issues are not going to be covered by the scripts used by the call centre staff.
