I've run a few checks on your service and, in line with the BQM graphs you've posted, I can see that the load on your cable climbs at peak times, which will cause slow speeds and latency problems.
Net works are investigating on ref.F004079460 with plans to add capacity estimated for a little later next year, though we don't have any dates yet sorry.
