So sorry but there's still no update, most likely the engineer is still working on this. I shall take another look on Monday morning for you.

The fault ticket was set to a 'restored' status on the 17th. But it is still being monitored. There has been no update since Wednesday so how has your connection fared since you last posted? Has there been any improvement at all?

It looks a lot better than it has done. What was the issue? 

 

 

My Broadband Ping - cable connection

I will provide a snapshot if I get any packet loss later on tonight when I am gaming online.  I hope the red packet loss at the top of this graph not enough to disrupt my ping in a noticeable way?

To be honest I'm not entirely sure what work has been completed so far. But, though your graph is better than it's predecessors, I'm still not very happy with it. I'll remind myself to check on the ticket tomorrow to see if there's any update.

Hello,

Looking at the snapshot it appears to be a lot calmer but there is a lot packet loss:

My Broadband Ping - cable connection

I play between 8 and midnight most nights and the packet loss is unacceptable.

Look at 2pm today and between 8 and midnight. 

I want to see 0 packet loss during peak times. Is this a congestion issue?

The issue has not been fixed by the network engineer.
