Hi mbozaritchie,

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with your broadband connection, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, when do you notice them all times of day or just specific times?

Is there any noticeable change to your Hubs light sequence when these issues occur?

Could you please provide another recent copy of your Hubs logs and BQM graph for us to take another look at and compare with some of the data we have here.

Speak soon,

Thanks,

Adam.

Getting similar problems in the Coventry area. Rang yesterday and received some compensation and told a fix is going to go through on the 19th... of April. Disgraceful.

Just as a matter of curiosity, I signed in to MVM and saw the following:

Be aware VM.  If this isnt resolved by midnight tonight, then expect a cancellation order to be issued forthwith with no penalty to be paid.  And you can whistle for the changes for this month too!

Re: Dreadful Packet Loss - Ongoing issue that is not going to go away VM!

Sorry but the BQM is a far better benchmark to work from as its a persistent test whereas the pingtest.net may return 0% or minimal packet loss on all 3 tests, . Longer periods of testing are a better indicator of the state of the issue.

[ Edited ]

Nothing has changed still massive spikes on the monitor, not to mention my latency has increased

BQM snapshot past 11hrs

yesterday's highest latency was 228ms, it has now increased to 304ms which means any MMO game is unplayable.

Re: Dreadful Packet Loss - Ongoing issue that is not going to go away VM!

So just off the phone to line 2 again (swansea)

So this issue has been escalated to a nationwide issue.

And its supposed to be fixed by midnight tonight.

no getting my hopes up but the ticket number keeps changing due to the fact of different areas being added to it.
