The traceroute you posted looks okay, often difficult to prove a problem with a traceroute sadly.
Your line and hub test good, the area historical data is looking good also, low traffic and error free.
Are you using a wireless connection to game as this may cause a few issues? Also I notice that your wireless network in the hub is configured to "up to 300Mbps", This option will bond more channels and may give you slightly more speed however for stability it is better to use the "up to 144Mbps" option.
