A few days ago (a week ago really) I tried to send an email with video attachment. It wouldn't go as it was too large. I cancelled the task but now it is still trying to send it and i keep getting a sending/receving error message. I cancel it everytime but I want to get rid of this issue permanently and not get this error message . What can I do?

The email you tried to send will sit in your 'outbox' and the client will re-attempt sending as long as you're online.
What you need to do is is disconnect the client from the Internet - there should be a 'work offline' option on the taskbar (on the 'send/receive' tab perhaps). Select this, then open your Outbox and delete the offending mail.
