I am having difficulty setting up Spark email client on my Mac. I have set it up fine with my iCloud and work emails. I also have it on my iPhone and iPad and have been able to set it up with my Blueyonder account on them. However, for some reason it will not set up on my Mac. I have put in all the right account details for Blueyonder but I keep getting a error message saying that 'a stable connection to the server could not be established'. Any ideas?
I had the same problem. It took a number of restarts before it actually worked. Why? I don't know &, to be honest, it ended up performing badly so I deleted it. Spark is great on mobile devices but sometimes the old timers-Yahoo, Gmail etc seem to work better on laptops & pc/Macs. Probably not the answer you needed, sorry.
