Welcome to our forum, sorry you are having problems sending emails. Do you mean sending to Virginmedia mailboxes or you are sending from one or both. If it is the former we have been carrying out some work that may help Spam Folder Settings Change. This is now complete so have you noticed an improvement at all?
Excellent, that means our spam changes are working as intended. I'm sorry though that they were flagged as spam. You'll need to ensure you mark these as Not Spam to train our filters, eventually they should be delivered to the Inbox instead.
