I've been unable to get into my email account today, either by computer or by phone. When I log in through the VM main page to my customer account, I find that details of my other family email accounts are there, but not my main one. It's just disappeared. I can't send emails out and test emails from my family into the main account aren't getting through either.
Then, oddly, I registered to join this forum and DID get an automated email from VM asking for confirmation of my address, which then worked (which is why you can read this!)
I've looked at other people's posts who have had the same problem but haven't seen a public solution. Can you help? Optimistically ticking the "email me when someone replies" button :-)
