Javascript disabled error message

I am having the same issue as others it seems. Can't sign in to my Virgin media account without getting the 'javascript is disabled' message.

It isn't disabled and I have tried four different browsers...all the same. 

Tried all the suggested stuff...still doesn't work, yet logs in fine from my kindle fire.

Please advise.

Hi Sabian,

 

Sorry to hear You're having trouble signing in.

 

It sounds like this maybe an issue with the device in question as four browsers are all having the same issue yet the kindle fire logs in fine.

 

Is it a PC? There maybe an issue with Javascript on this device or possibly an issue with antivirus. Did this issue occur with any recent Windows updates? If so it maybe worth rolling the device back before this date to see if this resolves the issue.
