Emails sent to my gmail address don't arrive in my virgin media web mail account.
I have added my gmail address to my virgin media account but they still don't appear.This seems to have happened suddenly.
I am sorry you are having problems with your Gmail account, is it still happening? If so perhaps it may be worth removing and re-creating it, some guides here that may help Using Unified Mail in Virgin Media Mail and Read Gmail messages on other email clients using IMAP

Unified mail was selected as was enable IMAP.
However I noticed that Disable Forwarding was selected so I de-selected it! Could this have been causing the problem?

When you say that the mail comes in via Gmail but doesn't arrive at your Virgin Webmail account, I'm assuming you have the following set up
An automatic forward so that emails arriving at your Gmail address are sent onwards to your Virgin Media email.
Would this be a fair assessment?

However I now get the blueyonder emails coming into virgin media webmail in duplicate!
