Not receiving emails, thinks it's only from my ex husband. Others have sent me emails and getting them all ok. He has sent me 3 and was upset I had not replied, but not sure if any others are not being received. Any ideas?
Sorry you are having problems receiving emails, we will do our best to help. To begin please would you make sure that you have the spam folder configured as in the post Non Delivery of emails to Virgin Customers and then check it in the future for missing emails. If they are there you will then be able to mark them as not spam so our filters will hopefully learn. If they do not arrive do you know if your husband gets a bounce message from us and what it is please, also what domain is your husband sending from? (the bit after the @ in his email address)
