Not only are the lines engaged, but when I finally get through to one then it immediately kicks me off! This is terrible service! So what am I supposed to do? Infuriating because it is all Virgin lines, stores, head office, customer service etc., Trying to set up a new Hub. What am I paying for here???
I have tried 'live chat' total waste of time. I was beginning to think that Virgin must have suffered some catastrophic melt down. But it appears that they just do not a give a .....! It is diabolical service.
