Upgrade to Maxit Tv hasn’t worked. Now no Tv channels. Over 20 minutes on hold

Upgraded to Maxit Tv well just switched to an 18 month contract.  Told all done but they have simply cancelled everything so no TV.    On phone but 21 minutes on hold….   Simply not good enough.  Should I just cancel and go to Sky?
