Installation of Cables; Ingleby Barwick

Hi,
Virgin are due to install fibre optic cables in our area. However, when we attended the meeting to tell the residents about this, we were told we would be unable to get the cabling due to them not having a working agreement with Persimmon, our home builder, meaning they would be unable to access our property.
I've since had contact with Persimmon who stated they are "actively encouraging the installation".
Given that Virgin stated Persimmon were preventing this, but Persimmon have denied this, is there any way of getting this sorted soon so we can benefit from having cables put in?

Going from your post it isn't VM saying that your housing provider said no, but that they couldn't reach a working agreement, maybe there was a cost issue VM didn't want to agree to, we shall sadly never know as details of these agreements are "need to know" so there isn't really a lot you can do apart from hope the two companies work out something, although its unlikely VM will bother trying again unless there is some serious guarantee that they are going to make enough money back to cover the costs involved in the first place
